³§°Õ·¡²Ñ±è°ù±ð±èâ„¢ Tissue Dissociator | Automated Tissue Dissociation for High-Quality Single-Cell Suspensions

Research and development in various fields, including oncology and immunology, rely on single-cell suspensions for use in applications such as flow cytometry and single-cell sequencing. Effective tissue dissociation methods are needed to generate single-cell suspensions with high viability. However, conventional manual dissociation methods can be labor-intensive, inconsistent, and prone to variability, all of which can negatively affect reproducibility and data accuracy.

To address these challenges, we developed the ³§°Õ·¡²Ñ±è°ù±ð±èâ„¢ Tissue Dissociation System—an automated solution that standardizes and streamlines the dissociation process. With built-in temperature control, modular scalability, and an intuitive interface, ³§°Õ·¡²Ñ±è°ù±ð±èâ„¢ ensures efficient, reproducible, and high-yield single-cell suspensions from a wide range of solid tissues while preserving epitope integrity and cell functionality.

Why Use ³§°Õ·¡²Ñ±è°ù±ð±èâ„¢?

  • Standardize tissue dissociation with automation for consistent, reproducible results.
  • Obtain high numbers of viable single cells with preserved functionality for downstream applications.
  • Ensure optimal sample processing for various sample types and applications with built-in temperature control from 4 to 37°C.
  • Choose from a 4-sample, 8-sample, or 12-sample system—scaling seamlessly to meet increasing throughput needs while maintaining efficiency.
  • Use validated ºÚÁÏ³Ô¹Ï protocols or create your own to adapt ³§°Õ·¡²Ñ±è°ù±ð±èâ„¢ to different tissue types and experimental needs.

Seamless Integration into Your Workflow

³§°Õ·¡²Ñ±è°ù±ð±èâ„¢ integrates with ºÚÁϳԹÏ’ tissue processing and cell isolation solutions, enabling an end-to-end workflow. Resultant cell suspensions can be used with ·¡²¹²õ²â³§±ð±èâ„¢ for column-free cell isolation; ±õ³¾³¾³Ü²Ô´Ç°ä³Ü±ô³Ùâ„¢ immune cell culture media, activators, and supplements; or other ºÚÁÏ³Ô¹Ï reagents to maximize cell purity and recovery.

The ³§°Õ·¡²Ñ±è°ù±ð±èâ„¢ Tissue Dissociator enables efficient processing of various tissue types, including mouse brain, liver, lung, spleen, and tumors. In this workflow, a tissue is placed into the ³§°Õ·¡²Ñ±è°ù±ð±èâ„¢ sample tube and processed using the ³§°Õ·¡²Ñ±è°ù±ð±èâ„¢ Tissue Dissociator. Depending on the selected protocol—dissociation or homogenization—the resulting sample will either be a single-cell suspension or nucleic acids. The processed sample can then be used for various downstream applications, such as cell isolation, activation, culture, and analysis.
