Whether youre working with healthy or diseased HSPCs, 釦喧梗鳥釦梯硃紳 serum-free media allow for cell expansion or lineage-specific differentiation.
When added to 釦喧梗鳥釦梯硃紳 media, 釦喧梗鳥釦梯硃紳 expansion supplements selectively promote the expansion of CD34+ cells or stimulate their differentiation into erythroid, myeloid (granulocyte or monocyte), or megakaryocyte progenitor cells. Complete kits, consisting of medium, supplements, and substrates, can be used to generate T cells or NK cells from CD34+ cells.
cGMP 釦喧梗鳥釦梯硃紳-AOF is free of animal-derived components, containing only recombinant proteins and synthetic components. This media product is manufactured and tested following relevant cGMPs under a certified quality management system.

Promote optimal growth and differentiation of hematopoietic progenitor cells in culture with 紼梗喧堯棗唬喝梭喧. These media are the Gold Standard for the in vitro detection and quantification of hematopoietic progenitor cells in the colony-forming unit (CFU) or colony-forming cell (CFC) assay (also known as the methylcellulose assay). Formulations are available for human, mouse, and rat cells.

For an alternative to methylcellulose-based media for CFU assays, choose 紼梗眶硃唬喝梭喧 medium in combination with collagen gels. These gels can be readily dehydrated for subsequent cytochemical or immunocytochemical staining. 紼梗眶硃唬喝梭喧 is designed specifically for megakaryocyte progenitors (CFU-Mk) from human hematopoietic tissues.
